Data we collect
FiberOps processes operational data on behalf of telecom operators: account details for authenticated users, ticket and asset records entered by your team, GPS-tagged evidence uploaded from field devices, and standard request logs.
How we use it
Data is used strictly to deliver the service to the operator that owns the tenant — dispatch, evidence audit, SLA reporting, and billing reconciliation. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use tenant data to train third-party models.
Retention
Operational records are retained for the length of the operator contract plus a regulator-driven audit window. Access and retention periods are configurable per tenant.
